How is the whole import process going ?

How long does it take to receive my vehicle ?

On average 4 to 6 weeks following the geolocation of your purchase.

Can I pick up my vehicle directly at the port ?

Yes, we can put you in touch with our freight forwarder who will give you the necessary instructions to pick up your vehicle.

How does the payment of the vehicle take place ?

A first transaction of 1500€ must be made by bank transfer for the reservation of the vehicle. Thereafter, the totality of the sum must be paid for the purchase of the vehicle before the import. The local taxes will then have to be paid directly in your country of importation via our forwarding agent.

Are prices negotiables?

Before the purchase of the vehicle, the prices are negotiated by our teams to guarantee you the best price. In addition, our partners also allow us to offer you vehicles at very attractive prices compared to the market.

What currency is the payment of my import?

We accept EURO, DOLLAR, STERLING BOOK and DIRHAM (AED) currencies.

Are transportation costs included in the service?

The transport costs will have to be paid to our forwading agent who will guarantee you the best rates for the import of your vehicle.

What are the taxes to be paid when importing?

Depending on your country of importation, local taxes may vary. In Europe, it will be necessary on average to add 10% customs duty + 20% VAT on the basic price of the vehicle which will be paid to our forwading agent

How much does the car registration cost?

It depends on the vehicle and your department. Please refer to the car registration simulators available online.

Is my car insured throughout the import process?

Yes, depending on the options chosen with our forwading agent, your vehicle can be insured up to home delivery.

How is the homologation of my vehicle going?

If your vehicle requires homologation, we will put you in touch with our homologation partner who will take care of all the steps to enable you to register your vehicle quickly. The prices will be communicated to you at the time of the quote. You also have the option of carrying out these steps yourself or through a provider of your choice. By going through our homologator, you will save precious time to homologate and register your vehicle.
